This guide is designed for beginner to intermediate level painters. The aim is to achieve a good quality paint job in a way that can be replicated relatively quickly across an army. Some of the later steps are optional, so the method can be ‘scaled’ from rank and file to more special models such as commanders and characters.
A certain level of experience and understanding is assumed of basic painting techniques such as basecoating, layering, using shading washes and edge highlighting, but more ‘advanced’ techniques such as freehand or NMM are avoided to ensure maximum accessibility.

The Best. Let’s be honest, your here probably cause you wanna paint some raptors. Well look no further. This tutorial is much more detailed than the free one on the website, and is very easy to use. You do need at least a nominal level of know how with the airbrush. I am really hoping Luther does a tutorial for raptor vehicles.

This is the first painting guide I got from The Mighty Brush, and surely getting another one soon. The level of detail is premium quality, the attention on how and most important, why, a certain technique is applied really helped me understand a lot of things I probably have done in the past not knowing the reasons. I chose the Raptors guide because I followed the article in GW and loved the clean look Luther achieve on them. As other reviewer said, it will be awesome to have a guide focused on vehicles.

A fantastic guide that has given a wealth of insights into painting models. Highly recommended!!! I also bought various transfer sheets, which are quite simply the best transfers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Here’s hoping for more guides and products!

I have several of the guides offered here and each one is stellar. The quality of pictures used is excellent enough to zoom in on them if you really need or want to see something specifically. All colors used are listed along with techniques to do things such as helmet lenses and other odd shapes (grenades for example). Would recommend to anyone.
