Royal Mail continues to make progress restoring service and is now allowing both Tracked and Untracked international items into the system. Please note there will likely still be delays and limited tracking information in the short term.

Royal Mail continues to make progress restoring service and is now allowing Tracked items into the system. We advise non-UK customers select the Tracked shipping option at checkout until normal service is fully restored.

We have arranged for non-UK orders to be sent by courier until the Royal Mail issue is resolved. We hope to be able to return to our standard process very soon.

As of Friday 13th, our delivery partner, Royal Mail, is experiencing issues processing international (non-UK) items.

Non-UK customers may still place orders, but these will not be dispatched until the issue is resolved, so please except delays.
